Company Pension Scheme

It is important for MBNI to know that when our staff reach retirement they can afford a comfortable living through their pension. Staff will be automatically enrolled in the company pension scheme after three months continuous service. 

Extensive Progressive Mercedes-Benz training

We offer a range of high-quality training programmes to develop our staff from within. Many of these training programmes are hosted in the pioneering training studios of Mercedes-Benz at their UK head office in Milton Keynes.
