Great company to deal with. I Recently bought a new Sprinter. Dealt with Paul McClurkin during the whole process, excellent customer service and nothing was a problem, any questions I had were answered very promptly. I will definitely be back for a new van in a couple years time. Definitely recommend, first class 😊

Trustworthy, Helpful, accurate and fantastic communication. I bought my Sprinter blind really relying on Gavin who provided much detail, good and bad and a very accurate video. Due to Covid I wasn't able to travel and see it. I trusted Gavin who sold it to me and agreed to have it shipped to me from Belfast to England. I was absolutely delighted with it when it arrived it by far exceeded my expectations and left me grinning from ear to ear. I was a bit nervous about the transaction but the whole experience was handled superbly by Gavin Harvey who I cannot rate highly enough. An asset to Mercedes. I will definitely be buying from him again in a couple of years. The whole experience was very COVID friendly ie a contactless distance purchase which delighted me.

I’ve just been up to have them look at the A20 cd radio and get the wife's phone set up on it , no sooner had I presented at the service reception the guy came out and sorted it, apparently the new phone and the radio don't usually get along , but it was sorted . Many thanks again.

I had sent an email enquiry through about the van I bought and Gavin at the dealership in mallusk was brilliant and very easy to deal with. The whole process was very quick and no issues at all and would recommend Gavin and the Mercedes dealership in mallusk to anyone if they are thinking of changing their van.Thanks
