Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 crowned Truck of the Year at Export & Freight Awards 2026
The Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 has been named Truck of the Year at the Export & Freight Transport & Logistics Awards 2026.
The Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 LS 4x2 took the prestigious title at the annual awards ceremony, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in South Belfast and attended by more than 550 guests from across the transport, logistics and supply chain sectors.
The award was presented to members of the MBNI Truck & Van team at the gala dinner.
The Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 LS 4x2 represents a major step forward in sustainable long-distance transport, combining powerful performance with exceptional efficiency, advanced safety technology and outstanding driver comfort.
With its 600-kWh usable battery capacity, aerodynamic ProCabin and sophisticated driver-assistance systems, the eActros 600 was a clear winner of this year’s competition.

Since their inception in 2002, the Export & Freight Transport & Logistics Awards, organised by Hillsborough-based media and events company 4SM, have become a major annual gathering for the road transport, logistics and supply chain community.
The awards celebrate excellence and achievement across the sector, recognising the companies, individuals and teams whose contribution helps keep the economy moving.
Compered by the BBC’s Mark Simpson, the 2026 awards brought together more than 550 guests from across the industry.
