Rental Administrator
Full time permanent position based in Dungannon.
An opportunity has arisen within our RentaMerc business for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our rental team.
Contracted hours of work: Monday to Friday; 08:00 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:00
Job Role:
This is a varied role, working within a small rental team the main duties include:
· Administering the Company fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are legally compliant
· Handling incoming calls, supporting customers through the rental process
· Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner, via phone/email and at the rental desk
· Accurate creation and arranging of company damage recharges in a pro-active manner
· Control and management of the office daily movement diary
· Liaising with the Logistics departments to ensure efficient vehicle movements

Essential requirements:
· A minimum of 1 years’ experience, in a fast-paced administrative role
· Customer focused with a pleasant disposition, friendly and approachable manner
· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diary effectively
· Strong computer literacy, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Proven ability to work methodically, with excellent attention to detail
Desirable:
· Previous experience within the automotive industry/vehicle rental
